PLAYA
Playa District is a 33-acre, five-building office campus in Los Angeles repositioned around a single idea: that the boundary between inside and outside, between working and gathering, should disappear. Lobbies became permeable with expansive and operable openings, dissolving the threshold between building and landscape. Outdoor zones were reimagined as genuine extensions of the workspace — planted, shaded, and furnished for the way Southern Californians actually live. Inside, a hospitality sensibility runs throughout. The result is a campus where work feels less like work and more like life.
