While
working at
Studio Gaia, an architecture and interior design firm in New
York City, I designed the Emerald Suite
for the Paradise Hotel in Busan, Korea.
The
project comprised of an interior renovation, interior design
of the suite, as well as a number of custom furniture pieces.
The suite has a master bedroom, guest bedroom, living room,
kitchen, dining room, work area, and three bathrooms. I was
asked to create a space that referenced 60's design, while
intentionally looking forward to create a space that is uniquely
contemporary.
